Gramática: Present Tense & Reflexive Verbs
Many daily routine verbs are reflexive — they use me because you're doing the action to yourself. Me despierto (I wake myself up), me levanto (I get myself up), me ducho (I shower myself), me visto (I dress myself). The me shows the action lands on you.
